Our first Golden Flamingo Award winners for 2009 are Carmileta Matheney and Ann Lever (7574 Cornell).  The back and front yards of their corner lot are always attractive, with a small rose garden at the corner of Bemiston and Cornell providing Gannondale neighbors with fragrant flowers to enjoy during the summer. They planted the rose garden 24 years ago when they moved into their Gannondale home. You'll see the Golden Flamingo standing among the roses during June. Well done, Carmileta and Ann!
