Gannondale Neighborhood Garage and Yard Sale

The Gannondale Neighborhood will have its annual Yard and Garage Sale on Saturday, September 12, 2009 (8:00 am - 1:00 pm.) Rain or shine. Please, no early birds.

Gannondale is located between Hanley Road and North and South, just north of Delmar in University City.

Gannondale neighbors: If you want to take part in the Yard and Garage Sale, please contact Bryan S. Young (7536 Cornell) at (314) 727-3579. There is a $5.00 fee per participating household to cover advertising costs.

Charlie and Joan Walsh (7557 Stanford) won the July 2009 Golden Flamingo Award after recently re-sodding their front yard. "It was hard work and we couldn't have done it without our son, Michael", says Joan. Do you have a neighbor who has made an effort to increase the curb appeal of their home or property?
